What will cover:

1. Periodical Review of Books of Accounts prepared by Internal Team or Third Party Advisor.

2. Periodical Review of Tax Compliances done by Internal Team or Third Party Advisor like Income Tax, GST, TDS and Professional Tax with various major parameters.

3. Quarterly Report of major Non Compliances or Irregularity or Defects in respect of Maintenance of Books of Account and Tax Compliances like Income Tax, GST, TDS and Professional Tax for Suo-moto rectification by Tax Payer.

4. Quarterly Consultancy (At the time of Advance Tax Due Date) for checking of additional Legal Tax Saving opportunity through eligible Exemptions or Deductions prescribed under Income Tax Law if any by verification of transactions already made by the Tax Payer. Interpretation of corresponding Legal Provision along with Courts / Tribunal decisions will be explained if required.

5. Consultancy on Legal Tax Saving Opportunity / Planning (At the time of Advance Tax Due Date) for current and future year either through Investment or Expenditure options which are prescribed under the Income Tax Law.

6. Consultation for checking whether any probable GST Saving Opportunity is in existence according to GST Law and Courts Decisions for the transactions in which Tax Payer is currently engaged or propose to be engage.

7. SixMonthly Physical/Virtual Client Meeting.

8. Consultation on the Matters for which Notice was Issued by the Tax Department.

9. Probable Reply to the Notice issued by the Department by the Interpretation of Legal Provision along with Courts / Tribunal decisions in similar matters.

10. Suggestion on Cost Saving opportunity if we found during our Contractual Service
